- The role of fluids in exercise before, during and after

About Kenzie Spears

Having previously put on a nutritional seminar and recently joining as a member, Kenzie Spears is no stranger to the training center and is excited to become an awesome resource for the Axistence community. Kenzie Spears is a recent graduate from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's in Culinary Nutrition and an associate's degree in Culinary Arts. 

She has extensive meal preparation experience from fitness competitions and nutritional seminars to professional chef experience and instruction. Kenzie is a Personal Trainer, certified in TRX suspension training and has competed in Colorado's National Physique Committee Bikini competition. Kenzie enjoys baking, being outdoors and lifting heavy weights!
